While we think UtilizeCore’s pricing is fair, its integration per pricing can be improved. The starter plan, for instance, only affords two integrations. Allowing users more integrations will give them more value for their money.

Another feature we had hoped to see while exploring the software is a multilingual system. Although the mobile app translates to Spanish, supporting more languages would give it an edge in foreign markets. We also hope that as it grows, UtilizeCore infuses a multi-currency payment system. We believe a business with its proposition can scale higher if it approaches diversity smartly.

In our attempt to contact UtilizeCore’s support, we discovered that the live bot option is just for show. You will only get meaningful answers if you talk to someone. However, the support team responds quickly, typically within minutes.
