We found this HR software helpful in saving time and boosting productivity. The software does so through a dashboard, where we can view all available tasks, goals, reviews, and feedback.

While the notification frequency may seem high initially, it’s helpful as it’s a vital reminder for timely evaluation submission. The dashboard may also be less attractive; sometimes, it takes a while to load the pages. But the fact that the software allows the customization of several aspects, including nicknaming employees and adding pictures to everyone’s profiles, makes up for it.

The onboarding process for this software is commendable, as you get a dedicated customer success manager who is always available to answer all your queries. While using the software, we faced some challenges changing built-in elements. But the customer success manager quickly responded and walked us through the process.

Overall, it is an excellent software with a satisfactory user experience! While there’s always room for improvement, PerformYard software remains a top choice for businesses looking to optimize their employee performance management strategy.
