ElevenLabs keeps exploring new frontiers for Voice AI through its deep learning technology. The exceptional quality of the voice synthesis is worth mentioning, as it has an impressive voice range and remarkable lifelike audio. Amazingly, the generated voice retains the characteristics of the original audio.

While using the software, we noticed the generated voices sometimes lack the desired voice qualities. This makes us regenerate the voice, using up the characters. But, if it’s any consolation, this doesn’t always happen. And the times the software produced the desired voice quality, people mistook the generated AI voice for real voice actors. We also observed that you need to clean up all unnecessary spaces, as it’s part of the character count.

ElevenLabs boasts of excellent features, but there’s always room for improvement. The company can consider charging character counts on only downloaded audio. On a few occasions, the tool doesn’t get the correct intonation and accent we desire, but this still takes up character counts, regardless. 

Overall, we found ElevenLabs’ voice generation features very helpful, as it helped us draft educational resources and guides in different languages, and the Italian accent is perfect. They also have reliable customer support that quickly responded when we had a few issues using the Project feature.
